Terms for Commercial Use
- Each purchased embroidery design includes a 1-Year Commercial Use Trial that allows you to stitch and promote up to 50 items total per design OR for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, whichever limit is reached first.
This trial offers you the opportunity to easily test our designs for commercial use and provides flexibility as you develop your product line. - Once either the 50-item limit is exceeded or the 12-month trial period concludes for a specific design, a yearly Commercial License must be purchased to continue selling or promoting any items using that design.
- INSTANT DOWNLOAD After payment, you will be able to download a ZIP file that contains all the embroidery files for the several sizes and formats (unzip the file on your computer to access the designs).
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION At the Stitch Father, you buy unique and qualitative designs; all are tested and optimized for machine embroidery. Your satisfaction is my priority. Any questions regarding your purchase, please contact us :)
- COPYRIGHT AND USE All designs are copyright of The Stitch Father. You MAY use these files to make items for personal use or to sell up to 50 units (lifetime total quantity). This pattern stitched out great. I had been asked by a friend if I could do some towels for her grandson with a squid design. Oddly in my 1000+ designs I didn’t had a squid :-) I had never heard of Stitch Father but my "sewing disabled” buddy did! I will certainly be using y’all again. Going to look for some pickleball designs now. They are in HOT demand.

This design is very lovely and stitches out well without jumps to clean afterwards. I used the smallest size possible for a doll, and even at this scale the design is very crisp and pretty. Definitely recommend.
