b-    Company details

Enter the details of the company that will use the licensed Embroidery design to make embroidered products for sale (Name, Address, ID, Website).

Select the quantity of items you want to make for sale with the licensed Embroidery design/year.

How to choose my license?

Subscribing for a commercial license is a flexible solution to evolve easily your commercial offer.
The right license for you will depend on how many embroidered items you
will make with the licensed Embroidery design. Update your license if your needs evolve. Just pay as long as you need this service and cancel at any time.
Buying a Commercial license is starting a positive collaboration, with a contribution aligned to your sales.

TERMS OF SALE

  • License Use

    • Each purchased license gives you the right to stitch ONE specific and stated Embroidery design on 0–200, 201-500 or 501-1000 items (depending on the purchased license option) manufactured for profit by your business or a third party (manufacturer) on your company's behalf. 
 

    • To hold a commercial license, the “Commercial License” item AND the licensed Embroidery design must be purchased.


  • License Plans

    • Buying a Commercial license is required to continue commercial use of a specific design after its initial 50-item production limit or 12-month trial period has been met (whichever comes first).
    • Our tiered license options are designed to grow with you. Up to 200 items/year: 12€ (0.06€/item) - Up to 500 items/year: 28€ (0.056€/item) - Up to 1000 items/year: 48€ (0.048€/item).
    • 

If you exceed the licensed quantity, please purchase the appropriate license and cancel your original subscription, or reach out to us for assistance.
      For production over 1,000 items per year per embroidery design, please contact us.

  • Duration

    • You must hold an active license to sell any products incorporating the licensed Embroidery design. Upon termination or cancellation of the license, offering for sale any remaining stock of such products is permitted for a period not exceeding six (6) months.

    • Your subscription is automatically renewed each year for a further year. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you are no longer using the licensed design for commercial purposes.



RESTRICTIONS

  • License Conditions

    • Non-exclusive license.
    • Up to 200, 500 or 1000 items for sale/year/Embroidery design (depending on the purchased license option).
    • We reserve the right to refuse to sell commercial licenses for specific designs. 
    • The customer cannot claim to be the author of the purchased embroideries.

  • General Conditions

    Our general conditions apply, the following uses of our Designs are prohibited:

    • Selling, sharing, gifting, trading, distributing in any manner the Design files (in part or entirely).
    • Using our Designs to create digital products for sale.
    • Using our Designs on Print on Demand products and/or websites.
    • Using our Designs to create other types of products for sale (cutting machine files, logo, illustration, tattoo etc.). 
    • Using our Designs on a "machine for hire" or in any other place that would allow anyone else to access our Designs.

Excellent pattern

This pattern stitched out great. I had been asked by a friend if I could do some towels for her grandson with a squid design. Oddly in my 1000+ designs I didn’t had a squid :-) I had never heard of Stitch Father but my "sewing disabled” buddy did! I will certainly be using y’all again. Going to look for some pickleball designs now. They are in HOT demand.
