All products sold in this store are digital machine embroidery designs delivered via instant download. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Method
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to your files instantly. Downloads are available:

  • On the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.

  • Via a download link sent to your email (please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).

  • Through your customer account at any time, under “My Orders” section (a step-by-step guide is available to help you access your files)

Delivery Time
All files are delivered immediately after purchase.
