To access your subscriptions (commercial license) from your account:

1- On the top right, click on the Customer icon to open the dropdown menu. 

2- Click on "Log in" in the dropdown menu

3- Enter the email address you used when you made your purchase. 

4- Enter the code you have just received by email. No need to remember a personal code! This single-use security code allows you to connect easily and safely to your personal customer area. Please check your spams if you have not received your code. 

5- Click on the button “Click here to view subscription” to access your subscription details.

6- On this page, you are able to access the details of the considered subscription (subscribed quantity, renewal date, embroidery design reference) and manage your subscription.
