Easy, safe and quick. You can download your embroidery files from your personal account at anytime:

1- On the top right, click on the Customer icon to open the menu. 

2- Click on "My orders" in the dropdown menu.

3- Enter the email address you used when you made your purchase. 

4- Enter the code you have just received by email. No need to remember a personal code! This single-use security code allows you to connect easily and safely to your personal customer area. Please check your spams if you have not received your code. 

5- You are now able to see your Order history. Click on the desired order.

6- Click on the "Download Now" button below the name of the embroidery design you are looking for. After download, you can access your embroidery files in your Download folder.
