Our store offers both one-time purchases (digital embroidery designs) and subscription-based products (Commercial Licenses).

One-Time Purchases (Digital Files)

All standard products are one-time purchases and do not include any recurring charges. Therefore, no cancellation is required for these items.

Subscription Products (Commercial Licenses)

Subscription & Renewal

Commercial License subscriptions are billed on a yearly basis and automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at audrey@thestitchfather.com

• If you cancel before the renewal date, no further charges will be applied.
• Once a subscription period has started, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and is non-refundable.

Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation or termination of your Commercial License subscription:

• You must stop producing new items using the licensed embroidery design.
• You may continue to sell any remaining stock for a period of up to six (6) months after the end of your active license.

License Requirement

An active Commercial License subscription is required to continue selling products incorporating a design beyond the included trial limits (50 items or 12 months, whichever comes first).

Upgrading or Changing License

If your production needs increase, you may upgrade your license at any time. If you exceed your current license tier, please purchase the appropriate license and cancel your existing subscription or contact us for assistance.
